Please email or message us if there are any problems with the part ordered.  Just send us a photo of the defective part, and you can return the product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
Ask any questions prior to purchasing, as we do our best to list part numbers and compatibilities, but it is ultimately the buyers responsibility to do their due diligence and ask ANY questions before ordering.
Any product ordered by mistake will incur a 15
% restocking fee in addtion to buyer paying any return shipping costs.
MAYI Diesel, INC is in no way affiliated with any OEM manufacturers.  All OEM part numbers, logos and images are used for identification purposes only.
All MAYI Diesel, INC replacement parts are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal operating conditions.  Warranty coverage will extend for 1 year from the date of MAYI invoice (eBay invoice), without regard to hours of operation (except for electrical components and sensors, which are covered for a period of 6 months).
MAYI Diesel, INC must be notified by the customer before filing a warranty claim.  All claims must be submitted in writing and MAYI Diesel reserves the right to examine all elements involved in the claim.
This warranty is extended exclusively to direct customers of MAYI Diesel and not to any other party.  All other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose are excluded.
This warranty will not apply to any MAYI Diesel part altered from its original specifications or which has been misused, exposed to deteriorating conditions, negligence or accidental damage.
MAYI Diesel should be advised of all claims within 5 days of receipt of merchendise, either by email or telephone.
MAYI Diesel will not accept returned products without prior written authorization from MAYI Diesel.
All return requests must be submitted in advance for approval.
Products will not be considered for credit after 90 days from MAYI’s invoice date.
MAYI Diesel does not pay for labor associated with installation, testing, or repair of its replacment parts.
Miscellaneous expenses (premium charges) and work not directly related to the repair or replacement of a warrant-able part will not be covered under limited warranty.
