We
generally ship wine on Monday or Tuesday to reduce the chance your wine will sit idle over the weekend at a shipping facility. During favorable weather conditions, we also ship on Wednesday & Thursday. If we notify you that it’s too hot or cold to ship, we recommend delaying the shipment to you and if you approve you will not penalize us on eBay for violating the 1-business day or other such shipping timeframe we have listed on eBay. Not that we are always happy to hold your wines in our facility for up to six months to combine your shipments and/or wait for ideal weather.
Wine Liability in Transit:
We and our shipping carriers cannot be held responsible for what may happen to purchases while in transit. You are entitled to a refund for breakage or loss while in transit only if insurance was specifically purchased by you for the order at the time of sale. We and our shipping carriers also cannot be held responsible for wines that become damaged from exposure to extreme temperatures or weather while in transit. If you receive bottles that have been broken during shipping, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
Shipping Address
:
A street address at which an adult over 21 years of age is available during daytime hours to receive wine is required. Therefore, we recommend a business address if possible. Wine cannot be shipped to a PO Box & please note we cannot be responsible for wine shipped to an address that you give us which turns out to be incorrect.
Shipping Cost:
$21 per bottle and add $4 per bottle for each additional bottle up to 12 bottles for shipments within the continental United States. We can provide a quote for orders that include more than 12 bottles or international orders. Please email us.
Weather Monitoring
:
We regularly monitor the weather globally to ensure we don’t ship your wine during excessive heat or cold spikes that could affect the wine during its travels to you & we reserve the right to delay shipments at our discretion to protect your wines from damage.

Corked, Damaged or Otherwise Flawed Wines:
Because
wine changes with age and responds directly to its environment and how it’s cared for, we are unable to guarantee the “drinkability” of every bottle we sell, nor can we be present to enforce such a guarantee. We can however guarantee that our wine has been cared for professionally and stored properly since our acquisition. We cannot be held accountable for “corked” wines or any other form of tainting at the time of manufacturing. These flaws and others that are rooted from the wine making process should be directed toward the wine manufacturer, not the wine retailer/broker.  As drinkers of old and rare wines, there are risks associated with purchasing and drinking aged wines that we must all be willing to take. There is always the possibility that any wine may be flawed. This is true of aged wines, young wines, as well as expensive and affordable wines. If you are not comfortable taking these risks then you probably should not purchase and consume fine and rare collectible wines. We are happy to provide you with photos of your purchase in advance of the sale upon request. If you are concerned, please contact us before your purchase – we are happy to discuss the wine with you in more detail.
Refunds and Returns:
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for wines that are, for example, corked, flawed, or otherwise damaged because of, for example, excessive heat or cold during shipments.
